These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jlliwin online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the website located at jlliwin.org ("Platform"). Each individual may register only one (1) account on the jlliwin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering your jlliwin account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlliwin account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jlliwin immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

jlliwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your jlliwin account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified jlliwin of unauthorized access.

jlliwin reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where jlliwin suspects fraud, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the jlliwin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlliwin supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your jlliwin account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. jlliwin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically within 5 minutes, available 24/7.
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): Within 1–3 banking business days.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. jlliwin reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS, PhilHealth, UMID, driver's license, or passport).

jlliwin reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. Funds deposited on the jlliwin Platform may only be used for gaming purposes and may not be used for money transfer or any other financial service.

jlliwin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus terms applicable to all jlliwin promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jlliwin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

All content on the jlliwin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of jlliwin or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jlliwin Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jlliwin.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlliwin, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the jlliwin Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform.

jlliwin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlliwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlliwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

You may close your jlliwin account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deducting applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The jlliwin Platform operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.

jlliwin reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email or a notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the jlliwin Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
